Three Pitchers Rally Together In No-Hitter As Elyria Pioneers Varsity Defeats Euclid

Elyria Pioneers Varsity’s three pitchers didn’t allow a single hit, as Elyria Pioneers Varsity defeated Euclid 12-0 on Saturday. Madison Olszewski induced a groundout from Pope to get the last out of the game.

Elyria Pioneers Varsity opened up scoring in the first inning. Maycee Godbolt singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Izzy St. Peter led the Elyria Pioneers Varsity to victory in the circle. She surrendered zero runs on zero hits over two innings, striking out four and walking zero. Erin LaBoe and Olszewski entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Hall took the loss for Euclid. She surrendered nine runs on seven hits over two innings.

Elyria Pioneers Varsity tallied 11 hits. Adrian Petrisko and Kerrigan Williams all collected multiple hits for Elyria Pioneers Varsity. Petrisko led Elyria Pioneers Varsity with three hits in four at bats.

Euclid was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Harrison had the most chances in the field with four.
